Blake Ammons

Blake is a Construction Manager at GRIT. His responsibilities include managing project close out, subcontractor supervision, maintaining client and tenant communications, and completing property service/warranty requests.


Blake has over 20 years of construction and renovation experience. After completing his technical training in carpentry and millwork, Blake started with Zargiel Builders in Yardley, PA. Throughout his career he has progressed through various facets of the construction process. His experience includes framing, rough-in of MEPS, and punch out. Blake’s extensive knowledge and problem solving abilities allow him to successfully keep the end product with the utmost quality.


Blake graduated from Kutztown University in 2005 with a B.S. in Electronic Media.
